In 1931, Franklin County, Virginia, Forrest Bondurant is the legend of the immortal after surviving the war. When a corrupt district attorney Mason Wardell arrives at Franklyn with unscrupulous special deputy Carlo Rastrelli, Bondurant family refuses to pay the required bribes to the authorities.
